Our strategic plan

Following the implementation of its 2019–2024 strategic plan, the CJFCB is continuing to pursue its goals and dreaming even bigger! Our 2025–2028 strategic plan was developed to help us achieve our vision: to be recognized, by 2028, as an inclusive, intersectional, and key organization addressing issues related to French-speaking youth in British Columbia.

Designed BY and FOR young people, this plan is based on three main pillars that guide our daily decisions and actions:

  • Equitable access
  • A diverse and inclusive Francophone community
  • Community leadership
