A LOOK BACK AT THE SPRING 2024 EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Lasting 6 weeks, the Spring 2024 edition of the Exchange Program took place from April 8 to May 13, 2024. 8 grade 10 and 11 French immersion students from Prince Georges, Vancouver Island and Greater Vancouver met online for four social activities, as well as gathering in Vancouver for two days of in-person French activities.

To fit in with their schedules and get to know each other better before the gathering, participants were offered 4 virtual activities based on their interests: Trivia, games, pastry workshop and soap-making workshop!

Thank you for an incredible program, I'll never forget it, it was an experience I would recommend to anyone in French immersion, I'm so sad it's over, but I can't wait for the next activity, now I want to do them all!

Personal qualities such as motivation, maturity, sense of responsibility, sense of humour, openness to differences and adaptability.

: Yes, it is possible to register again. Please note that students who have never participated in the program will be given priority.

: The role of the liaison teacher is to:
Check-in with student twice during the official exchange period and report back to the coordinator.
Agree to be copied on all important communications related to the exchange.
Act as a liaison between the student and the Program Coordinator in the event that the student does not respond to the coordinator’s emails.

: Complete and submit your application (online registration form, consent form signed by parent/legal guardian) before March 12th, 2024. More details on the registration process can be found above.
